What did you want to be when you grew up?
A ballerina.
Who or what is your inspiration in life?
My parents — for quietly pushing me to always strive to achieve the very best and never settle for anything less; my husband — for believing in me completely and holding my hand through both motherhood and work; my sons — for letting me see things differently, through innocent and imaginative eyes, and for always making me laugh.
What’s been your hardest lesson?
Realising that I can’t always juggle everything; that at some point I need to pass a ball to someone else because if I don’t, I risk dropping all the balls.
What/where is your escape?
Anywhere with my husband and boys…and no phone!
Favourite Pixar movie character?
Marlin from Finding Nemo. I guess I can relate to the over-anxious parenting.
If you could be an Olympian, who would you be?
Muhammad Ali…The Greatest.
What is your secret to success?
Hard work + passion + a bit of good luck.
What would your Desert Island Disc be?
These are some serious times.
What is your life luxury?
Laughter, love, sunshine and chocolate.

Ray Dalio.
